Ansty Golf Centre

Fact file: Ansty Golf Centre, Coventry, Warwickshire, England, CV7 9JL. Half a mile from Junction 2 M6 and parallel to the M69 is the B4065 signposted to Ansty. Parkland. 18 holes 6150 yards. S.S.S. 69 Par 71. Event: The third game with mates from Virtual Golf Society – Midlands, arranged by Steve Evat – 6 chaps were joined.  

Verdict: The front 9 is the most exhausted one, bit hilly, up-and-down, and quite struggling. Started with a quite sunny spelled, and moderately wind, so could score quite well as well. Storm was coming down on the back 9, it’s quite flat course, and weather was not so friendly. Very strong wind along with light rain, it’s just horrible for the score . Manage to finish the whole course, but skip the drinking session…Be carefull with the green, not too well treated as it hard to get it right (easy word to blame, the course…). Started to get along with my G10, most of them were on ( I did not remember on the fairway or still on the course).
